Please do not hesitate to contact me should you wish to validate my feedback/ would like to talk about Town Heating or see their work. We had privately purchased a modern gas fire and were saving to have our existing one removed and new one fitted, when a card came through the door with their details on. Though I\’m not usually a fan of cold calling we called the number to get a quote. To our suprise they came out the same day and the quote we received was excellent and meant that we could proceed straight away. The job was full of complexities, removing a 70\’s fire and boiler and fitting a very modern steal and marble second hand fire – all into an Edwardian chimney breast! They never gave up on us at any stage – I have no doubt that many others would have! They investigated the problems, researched and recommended options and allowed us to order parts directly from sites they forwarded – this gave us control/ autonomy over the budget and timescales and also ensured we were getting everything at the best price. They were rigorous in the safety checks and no short cuts were taken and this was reassuring to me as a mum of 10 month old baby. In addition to their commitment and expertise, they showed a high level of professionalism by protecting all carpets and furniture with covers, cleaning throughout at all stages, flexibility working around my days off and considerate start times (starting after 9.30 so me and baby could have a lie in! Brilliant!!). At the end of the project, I roughly knew how much it was going to cost as I was kept updated at all phases, however I couldn\’t believe it when the bill came in under what I had worked out and under budget. We are extremely grateful to wonderful Sayed and the other workers for a superb job – I will try to email before and after photos for the gallery. Without hesitation I would / book them again and thoroughly recommend them!!!

We needed new boiler. I can highly reccommend Town Heating. Fixed price supply and fit at almost half the price of British Gas. We are delighted with the quality of the work. They re-piped all the existing pipes very neatly. Exceeded our expectations. We will use them again very shortly for some new radiators and a Gas fire.
